hello friends, share your bath regimen.. me, i just used mild soap with lofa to get extra dirt from my skin, also i used shampoo and conditioner.. before i used lemon to scrub my elbows, knees, and other dark spots of my body.. it really works, but now i'm not using lemon coz i'm tired after work and in the morning i always hard time to wake-up early.. so guys, share your thoughts.. thanks in advance.. and happy mylotting!!!

I use a bath creme and a few drops of oil in my bath, together with some essential oils for an aromatherapy effect. I don't use soap... I wash in the bath creme or occasionally use a liquid wash. I only use shampoo on my hair as conditioners tend to leave it limp or greasy, and I soak for hours! lol.

Well i fix my coffee pot at night, and it is ready to plug in ,so i get up plug it in and go to the shower ...I always shower instead of a tub bath..I found some soap that is homemade and i bought some & i have been using that..Its only me so it goes a long way,and i really like it....I also buy soap that smells good at stores like "Ross" it is good smelling & refreshing...

mine is with my bathing rituals i used ordinary soap w/ lofa/scrubber just to clean me, shampoo and conditioner (sometimes every other day in using a shampoo i just use conditioner), then after that i use gluta with oatmeal soap for the finale :D oatmeal soap- for exfoliating purposes it adds glow in my skin and being smooth :) after bathing lotion and facial moisturizer by myra E (not my product just an incident that it's same with my name lol :D)

I only have a bath soap, facial wash, shampoo and conditioner, lotion and body scrub, but I do not always use all of that. When I have more time I am using all but during working days I only had soaps, facial wash, shampoo and conditioner. I don't have what they are saying milk bath or rose batch, I don't have my own bath tub.

i usually start off with a mild soap with a loofah. then i shampoo and condition my hair. when the conditoner is left on the hair , i scrub my heels with a pumic stone. after washing my face with a mild face wash i scrub it with orange peel once in a week.
