write a diary

I have always written a diary in my life
I have alwaysfelt the need of it and rereading can bbe understood what the moments of the life that I have not lived have been to full,because for a few days or a few week I was not writtening.
In my diary I succees in fixing better the ideas,writening I think,I describe the desires and the projects and so many times I take one of them and I read it
Reading I remember my self
So I wanted to ask yours experience about this

I can never seem to keep a diary going for a long time. I will begin one, then end up drifting off and never keeping up. I haven't done one in a couple of years, but it is interesting to go back and look and see how you have changed over time.
One of the last diaries I did was a gratitude journal where I tried to write down 3 things every day that I was grateful for. It really made me look for more good in the world and what was happening in my world that was positive.

I had the same idea as you, to chronicle my daily life in a diary, which is a good idea. What is difficult is to do it regularly so that there is continuity. Cheers!!
