How do you feel when you haven't had enough water to drink during the day, or enough liquid period?
I get a dull headache and feel real sluggish. I will actually feel kind of bloated if I haven't had enough to drink during the day. I guess the body tries to hang on to what ever fluid it can.
When I start drinking water, I mean really start drinking it, it's like my body is quicker to get rid of fluids then to retain then.

I have done that before too, especially if I'm trying to lose weight.
I to believe it's in our healths best interest to drink plenty of water. Seems like all of our organs would perform better. With the exception of someone with a certain kidney disease where they have to monitor fluid intake.

When I'm exercising (which isn't very often) or real active with housework or yard-work, I have no problem drinking plenty of water.
It's sitting around watching TV, reading, or on the computer, that's when I'm the most likely to neglect drinking enough.
I will even get cotton mouth, and still sit there knowing I need to get up and drink something.
I know if you don't drink enough you can get a urinary infection pretty quick too.

I'm the same way, sometimes the only thing that will quench my thirst is water. If I put a little squeeze of lemon in it, it really satisfies me.
What's weird is when I was a kid, I know I didn't take in fluids like what seems to be required since I've become an adult.
At the most I'd stop by the kitchen sink, wrap my lips around the spigot and jug away. Then off I'd go for hours to play.

Nope I havent'. Actually in cold winter months here I tend not to drink as much liquid as I should. But I need to, to help with my digestion and keep things moving along. Plus, I hate some days when I do drink enough I feel like I'm pee'n for two again

it is suggested to have 5-7 liters of water daily, is that right? Or even more than this. A person will have 70% percent of his weight as in the form of water, so when the content of water decreases, formation of gas takes like bubbles form in a pipe when the supply of water is stopped. U will feel thristy when your tongue doesnot have enough saliva to mingle, sometimes it lead to headache or more than that lik sun storke. i had such an experience so i prefer to take water for every 30-60 min's
