What is Italy for you?..

its my dream to live there....i just love Italy with Pisa Tower, Coloseum, Rome and Venice....such a great place and full of history.

Italy is my home!..It has good and bad things, unfortunately we have so many problems politically and economically, but it will be always the country of arts, good food, sun, and history!!

Italy is a place I want to go. That is what Italy is to me. Because it just looks so nice. There are a few movies I remember being filmed there and I just loved the back ground. Also just because I have never been there and just would love to travel and see something new and exciting.

Hi to all , Italy is a wonderful country with many many beautiful regions , every region has its own particular beauty , all i can say is i live here in sardinia from 1980 , i was born in south africa , because my father immigrated there in 1954 and married my mother who was english , we always about once a year went for a holiday in italy since i was small, so one day my father sat at the supper table and asked all of us if we would like to go to live there and leave RSA , we were all prepared because it wasnt an unknown place for us it was our second home , my english is not so good any more but as i see discussing on mylot it is starting to improve , greetings bignik Italy , Sardinia

For me, Italy is a historical place with great sites to visit. It's a beautiful country with beautiful places to visit.

that's the thing that I want to know, what is Italy? I often heard this place but I don't know what this is. I want to visit this place someday to know what is really in there.

I love Italy and all things Italian. I spent a semester in Florence back in 1998 and a piece of me has been there ever since. I have been fortunate to return 4 or 5 times and I am planning on living there very soon (possibly September) and I cannot wait!! I love the food, the culture, the history and art....and of course ~ the people. Although California is a great place to live.....you can't beat the family values of the Italians and how close all of their relationships are. la vita e bella

Italy is where I was born and where I live! Nevertheless Berlusconi, mafia and other social problems, it is a beautiful place, that is full of arts, culture, history, good foods, nature and sympathy! Come and visit it!!!
