Do you like rainy days?

I actually really like rainy days. I like walking around in the rain but I also love staying inside just listening to the rain. But, after an entire week of rain, it can get a bit depressing.

I love a nice rainy day where the rain comes down steady or lightly and soaks in the ground. I like to hear the rain on the roof of the house, or against the windows. When we have strong winds and rains, that I am not fond of, cause it causes flooding, and washes away soil. The more steady and lighter rains, give the land a well needed soak, and is great for the grass, flowers, and gardens. Great topic

With so much heat in summer, no wonder more people would love rainy days more. As long as not so heavy as it brings flood. In some areas rainy days is much awaited, for the farmers especially where their farms have no irrigation that they just depend on the pouring of rains. On rainy days we see green plants eveywhere, trees bloom and a cool climate for everyone. It's wonderful sleeping on rainy days. You'll love eating as well. Continuous rains, however, is annoying to some as this would affect their jobs. When heavy rains pour often there's traffic, that causes the employees to be late or erossions that block the roads enabling the people to travel or transport their goods. Slippery roads due to rains sometimes cause vehicular accidents and unwanted by some who's business needs the help of the sun. Say dried fish or drying the newly harvested palay (later to be milled into rice) So, advantageous to some while a disadvantage to others. I love moderate rains, therefore. In everything there's always an advantage and a disadvantage. We love Sunny days as well but as the song goes..."I believe for every drop of rain that falls, a flower grows"

I love rainy days, they are my favorite. I have no idea why, I just love them! I never bother with an umbrella and I don't care if I get totally soaked, I never run to get out of the rain. Rain makes me happy, I guess I'm just a strange duck. I think it's great that while you do not much care for rain you are still able to see the benefits of it.

i do like rains but i dont like it if it rains every day as i cant go somewhere as you could get wet and its irritating because it can cause flood in town. specially the town i live back home if it does rain for 3 days non stop it flood all over town. so i think i dont like rainy days that much. happy posting!!!

I like rainy days. That is if I'm at home. But if I'm outside and it's rainy, I don't like myself getting wet in the rain. I often have colds after if I do get wet. I don't like having colds. _

I know we need them but I am not a big fan of rainy days. I like it when it rains at night because I tend to sleep well during the rain and even storms. I don't like being stuck in the house because of the rain so I would much rather have sunny days and rainy nights.

It all depends. If I have to go out in it not I do not like it. I hate having to get in and out of my car with the umbrella. If I home it is better because I do not have to go out in it and I can sleep all day or just plain relax.

I do like rainy days...they tend to be lazy days for me. Can't do too much outside so what else can you do...LOL! I will say if it has been raining for several days and days that would tend to be a bit overwhelming and frustrating. I am an outside person and love to be outside so being stuck inside for several days would drive me crazy.

I have to say rain must be needed but I do dislike the rainy days. Rainy makes me impatient and I easily become angry. I love sunny days. Everything will be nice under the sun. Due to consideration for the growing plant, I think I can tolerate the rainy days. Good luck!

No, i don't like rainy days either. Actually I have to take bus to go the the place where our company locates, it will be very uncomfatable and not convenient to get up on a bus when it is raining especiall heavy raining, this is the first thing i reminded when i saw the titile of this discussion. I live in a place in south China where it doesn't rain so much. Sometimes rain is need, it would be so dry if it won't rain for a long time and this situation will not good for the plants to grow. and i always hope the ranny time won't persist for such a long time when it rains.
