usually they got packages that include a 30min to an hour sauna before having your massage. the best i've been to there in baguio is that one at the session rotonda hotel, (i think it's bloomsfield), it's worth the price!

i prefer like massage..it can relax ur muscle, but if massage combined with sauna..it will more prefect coz hot steam u got from sauna will open ur skin pore, also it can refreshing ur blood pressure. Combined with meditation, then u will do healthty life.

There is no doubt I prefer a massage over a sauna anyday. Of course only a massage from my wife will do.

Without a doubt a massage is much more rexing. A sauna it like going in for a bath. It soothes your muscles. A massage puts your muscles into an ecstasy

I think massage is, but only if you have a good massage therapist. I've never found a sauna to be very satisfyling.
