usually they got packages that include a 30min to an hour sauna before having your massage. the best i've been to there in baguio is that one at the session rotonda hotel, (i think it's bloomsfield), it's worth the price!

i prefer like massage..it can relax ur muscle, but if massage combined with sauna..it will more prefect coz hot steam u got from sauna will open ur skin pore, also it can refreshing ur blood pressure. Combined with meditation, then u will do healthty life.

i like both but prefer the sauna its agood feeling afterward and sleep good but if a good massuese was available -sweet!

I think massage is, but only if you have a good massage therapist. I've never found a sauna to be very satisfyling.

I have never had the pleasure of trying a sauna but I sure do love a massage.
