help me understand the affiliate program..

Hi everyone I am not familiar with this affiliate program? How doest it work and how much you can earn from this program? Where can I start and what do I need to do? Please help me understand and just explain it in a very simple way and straigth to the point. Thanks in advance!! happy mylotting...

Affiliate program pay you when you get lead or sales. The earning is depend, some pay less than $1 per lead, some pay more than $10 per lead. Same happen to sales, some affiliate pay you up to 50% of the sales. You want to start this, you need to have website, then apply for the affiliate, they will review your website and call you up to confirm. Once you get approved, you can get the code by log in to your affiliate program, paste this code on your website. Then, if someone lead/buy the product/programs through your website link/banner, then you will get paid
