Oil Price Conspiracy

Do you think the oil price down to around $40 from $160 because of conspiracy from "someone" or "entity" that pro oil? It is possible. Because as President Obama declare his policy toward renewable energy and green economy, the oil price suddenly drop to about $40. Those "someone" or "something" knows that renewable energy will not likely to grow if the oil price is low.
What do you guys thinks?
