Enough sleep is very important to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. Our bodies repair themselves while we sleep and our minds need a certain amount of unrestrained activity to be able to carry on in the daytime world. Going without sleep has been thought to have long term consequences, too, and could possibly contribute to heart disease and other major organ failures.

Yes, sleep is the most important thing for your health. Sleep is when your body resets itself and when it repairs. Without sleep, no matter how healthy you eat you would not have health.

Ofcourse sleeping effects my health,I will feel irritate,headache and dark circle will appear in my face..
