What is the very first thing you spend your salary money on ?

The first thing? I guess it's breakfast for the next day! I don't usually have breakfast at my place because I don't like preparing it - especially since I don't have anyone to share it with :P So I'd rather go out and buy breakfast. I'd go to starbucks if I know I had money :D Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Well, as for me, I always set aside part of my salary for the bills. Electric bills, phone bills. So obviously this are the first things that I spend my salary with. But if you asked me, what was the first thing I bought when I received my first ever salary, if I remember it right, I bought Ice cream. Yes, I bought ice cream to treat my co workers.

There may be some requirements that are different at each month. I withdrew the money to give it for my parents. For my Dad's medicine, mom's cellphone bill etc. also some money for me.

Well, I bought a jewelry set for my Mom, a cap for my Dad. A box of pizza for my boyfriend and his family. A box of pizza for my family. And some stuff for myself.

First think for me is household bills and debts. Then groceries is second. If we have any left over, usually go on outings with the kids, etc.

It depends on what is due. Bill are due and different times of the month. It dosen't matter what is due I always pay them first, then I get groceries, put some money in my savings. Then after that I see how much I have left and decise whether are not I want to spend any of it and on what.

The very first thing that I spend with my salary is to treat my family. A way of thanksgiving to them.

I have had my hours cut quite a bit recently and the first thing I have to do is pay a storage bill. Then I have to plan ahead for other bills that are due before my next paycheck. Can't think about anything else until all that other stuff gets sorted out.
