PTC Sites...Do they really pay thier members?

Hi to all,
I just discover oppurtunity to earn online just almost a month ago.I know that ptc sites is one of the most common source of earning online and almost all of us know some are turn to scammed especially to those sites that have only few premium members. I am a member of few selected legit and trusted site like neobux, unobux and ara-bux. My question:
Is these 3 sites pay to thier members even if she/he don't have any referrals,did not rent refs etc; until he reach a minimum payout on just by clicking alone? Do you think guys site pay this kind of member?
i will be very thankful if somebody here can suggest me the good paying sites that don't recommend you to rent or to purchase anything first before you can earn few dollars as a starting. I am totally new in this business so my paypal/alertpay account has a zero balance, can't afford for now to rent refs etc..

I am also member of neobux,unobux and ara-bux.I believe they are not scam sites.
I am not having any referrals.And I got my first payment from neobux instantly.The copy of my payment proof is in my profile.So you also will get your payment without any problem.In unobux and ara-bux,I have not yet reached my first payout.
I am also member some more selected sites .You can see my profile and select some if you like.

First, which one will you consider as reliable? A new instant paying site or an old site which pays within 24 hours?
Linkgrand.com, Wordlinx.com and Matrixmails.com are pretty old sites, which pay promptly. Of which the first two pay within 24 hours and Matrixmails pay by their payment scheduled dates every month. They are at least 4 years old. (Matrixmails is 7 years old)
Either way, your success is in getting referrals. Tons of referrals.

First of all ..thank you for your informative response.
Of course i would choose sites that operates online for years already, the site that can "handle payments wiht in 24 hours and the sites which have a constant scheduled payment monthly", a very well said of yours. I would probably check the two sites that you mentioned . Have you been paid in wordlinx?

Yes. I have been paid by Wordlinx. They are online for more than 4 years.

I don't know if all of them pay or not the ones that Ihave do pay but I have been doing them since 2000 and there is some that I have never got paid from they just Quit sending mail and they was gone

Neobux definitely pays. I got my first payment after about 2 months without any referrals under me. After my second payment, I started renting referrals and am about to cashout again for the 4th time in a few days.

As far as now, I have been paid by two sites and I must say that I have tried something around 14 sites and only two became legit. I have reached min payout for two more sites and I am waiting for the payment or to add them to my spam list.
One of them is neobux and this is the only one which pays you instantly.

The sites I belong to are free. I have the choice if I want to do the offers or not. Which I only do the free ones. I have not paid out any money to these places.
And I have received money from them, without referrals. Message me and I will send you the links.
