Hey Friends, I came across a couple of good freebies.
The first one go to www.kashi.com sign up for a free coupon for a free frozen entree.
The second one is for a printable coupon for a free sandwich from Arbys. Its for the new RoastBurger sandwiches, they are good, I had one the other day. You do have to purchase a drink to get the free sandwich. But its still a deal. Just go to

I got that coupoun all you do is download it nd then print out the coupon, lke I did. I still have my coupon I haven't used it yet but I better befor it expires soon. I will use it today while I am tiking about it. You have to buy a Soda in order to get it.

That is the one coupoun I didn't get. I will try it again, because it never came to my email, maybe it went in my spam, I have to check next time. Thanks anyway.

Thank you Vicky, you know that other Coupon I got from Arby for a Sandwich, it expired March 9th. Thanks again I will make sure I use them.

Too cool!! You're just filled with freebies today lol. Thanks SO much for clueing us in :-) I have to laugh, I had trouble sleeping last night, so about 2am there was a Kashi commercial mentioning the free entree. I didn't have my glasses on, and there was a pen and a piece of paper on my nightstand. So I tried writing it down. This morning I couldn't read it and was like huh?! Then I got your link and was like, oh yeah...that was what I wrote down. (Talk about blind as a bat hahaha) Thanks again...yum!!

I saw the commercial last night too, but then forgot about it. I get freebie emails everyday, this was in it, good reminder. Free is always good and when its for food thats even better. I had one of the sandwiches yesturday, they are good. Take care Joy, see you around.

The Roastburger from Arbys is excellent and my husband and I were able to get in on the Get one for Free with purchase of a drink. These are some of the Best I have ever tasted, and now since the promotion is over I guess if I ever want one I will have to pay full price, or hope for another Coupon or promotion for it as well.

Try this link for some more printable coupons for more free stuff from Arby's. I have had 2 of the Roastburgers, they are good. They are even better when they are free. If the link doesn't work, try going to the Arby site and see if they have them. You can join Arby and get coupons in your email. These coupons are good till the end of the month.

Thanks for listing these! I will definitely check them out. I love being able to get free coupons and savings online! I haven't tried the RoastBurger sandwich yet, so it would be great to try one for free. Anyway, thanks again for letting us know about these great deals!
