its very gud habbit of having fruits for dinner...it really keeps our health on a gud condition and have fruits like papaya,water melon,oranges,apples......these fruits helps more than other fruits...there is no restriction regarding fruits but taking the above will keep u healthy

Yes, what you have mentioned here is absolutely true, but then, one cannot just have fruits as dinner, because however quantity of fruits you take it remains hardly for one or two hours except for bananas, so, if you just see to it that your dinner is only fruits you will have to spend a lot on that, and not only that some of the fruits must not be taken in too much of quantity , say , like papaya, if taken more, it builds up lots of heat inside the body and you get pimples etc on the face. so too much of anything is not so good, there are very less fruits which you can take in any amount but then very expensive, one cant really only depend on fruits for dinner or for lunch, they must be taken as supper if possible and not as dinner or lunch according to my opinion, because carbohydrates and proteins are very essential for our body apart from vitamins and minerals. you must take atleast a little quantity of carbs and proteins so that you stay energetic.

yes,the above fruits are good..but papaya is not available in our country..i can only eat that when i visited the tropical country..but i think banana is good for health too..have a nice day
