OK, this is REALLY weird:

I was at college earlier, that's not the weird part, that's perfectly normal.
The weird part is this:
I was sitting on a chair, next to the reception desk, in the reception area, I was there from 10:30am 'til 11:30am, waiting for my tutor to come and fetch me and my class mates, my class mates didn't turn up.......my tutor didn't turn up.....I assumed they'd all gone up to class as it was 11:30 and class was supposed to start at 11 and that I'd missed them, I went up to the class room and there they were, all sitting down doing the lesson.
I thought it was a bit odd that I hadn't seen any of them in the reception area.
I spoke to them after class and told them that I'd been sitting in reception waiting for them for an hour and when no-one turned up I went up to the lesson on my own. They then told me that they ALL were in reception, sitting at the table opposite me at 11am and the tutor turned up at 11am and took them all to the room.
Apparently, no-one saw me and I didn't see them, even though the area they were in was directly across from me and directly in my line of vision.
Can anyone tell me, preferably a logical explanation as to why I was sitting in a seat opposite where my fellow students and tutor were and I didn't see them (there are about 15 of us, so very difficult to miss!) and they didn't see me.
Yes, I did nip to the toilet, but was back in my seat by just after 10:30am and the other students told me they definately were there at 11am.
Any information or help on this would be most welcome. Thank you.

Uncle Brians cloaking device may have transferred itself to you for a while. Strangely this happened to me a couple of times in the same reception, the same college and the way you describe, the same table.

That's really weird, maybe we need to get some paranormal investigators in, well, normal investigators who investigate the paranormal, you know what I mean. :)
A friend of mine reckons that there's possibly some weird time thingy in that bit, as we know time is fluid and therefore can move, so maybe it can jump in some places too. It is a bit freaky, obviously 'cos I'm me, I'm not scared but feel slightly freaky, there is a difference you know. :P

Wow that is weird!!! Do you think you were perhaps in a daydream and didn't notice what was going on around you? Sometimes when you are lost in thought and not aware of your surroundings you can be so still and quiet that others do not notice you either! xxx

That is a sensible response to a weird question, however, I wasn't in any type of daydream, I was looking at a book, just skimming through it, not engrossed in it or anything and none of my class mates saw me either and there are 16 of them, so that's why it's so weird.
I was in the correct place and was told that ALL the other students had been directly opposite me at 11am, then the tutor came and collected them and took them to the class room.
That's why I'm so confused, I wouldn't have been so bothered if I'd have been in my own world or engrossed in my book. That would have made sense. :)
Thank you for your response.

That is quite creepy then dorypanda! There may be some rational explanation but perhaps there is something that we can't describe going on there! I think I would be a bit wary about sitting in that spot again - or have I watched too much Dr Who and Primeval????? xxx

Were you studying or chattering? If so that could be possibly why you did not see your fellow students. Then again, they may have been in a different area and were mistaken, or you the same.
