well don't really keep track of it by the glass full. but i drink about 2 gallons of water a day. water and tea is all i drink

i think 4 or 5. i know it should be around 8 glasses. Need to increase it.

i drink water only aorund 4 glasses a day but i do drink other liquids like milk tea cofeee fresh juices etc
so the total liqiud enterning my body in one day will be around 8 glasses
