work sucks doesn't it? i have been working with this brick mason. he really gets on my nerves some times. he just plays around too much and it gets on my nerves. i may not know very much of what i'm doing but i try to keep up with every thing. he is a perfectionist that gets pissed if anything is out of order a little bit. i dont have another job yet or i would quit. what do you think about your boss or your job.

I know, it really is, when it gets to tiring and exhausting. I'm a medical transcriptionist and I do listen to the doctors' recordings and I've to transcribe them and sometimes it really do get on my nerves when they aren't saying it so clearly, like the voice is so garbled and I've no choice but to listen to it and sometimes, I just can't help but think why do I even care.
But, you know, I tried to be as positive as I can in my work 'cause if I don't, it's just me that'll suffer from it. I just think that somehow in a way, I could help patients with what I'm doing. That's why I'm really forward to weekends when there's no doctors' voices and I could do whatever I want.

I quit my job because of my job, so yea I think I know what you mean. Except mine wasn't because of the boss, it was because of the hours. Maybe you should just try to find another Brick Mason Job or something.

When you find yourself in that situation step back and look for the lessons to be learned. Think of what a wonderful thing it is that you can learn under someone who does things right. Not only are you learning to lay bricks but you are also learning to get along with difficult people. Both these things will help you later on no matter what you choose to do. Hang in there.
