The question lies in the details. A 11-year-old boy from Pennsylvania has been charged with murder and they are trying him as an adult. He shot her in point blank range in the back of the head with a youth model of a 20 gauge shotgun. Once the boy shot her he went to school as if nothing had happened. Then the women was found dead on the ground by her four year old daughter. PA law states that anyone that commits murder 10 years or older will be tried as an adult. This has driven my circle of friends crazy, because some say he should not be tried as a adult. They argue that he is too young to understand the act he committed. Well the DA does not agree! The boy was a champion shooter, and spent a large amount of time shooting guns with his father. The boy was jealous that she and the new baby were taking too much of the attention away from him. Ladies and gentlemen, this is signs that some people are evil innately. I am sorry to say that this child should never be allowed to walk around with everyday people again, for if they make him mad he may shoot them. If he has a girlfriend that becomes pregnant, who is to say that he will not become jealous of the child and kill it. These are the things that we have to think about when we judge that he is too young. Please don't get me wrong, I hope this child can be helped, but I doubt it!

I just saw this on the news yesterday. I can not believe that he did this and I am sorry child or not. When something like this has been done they should be tried as an adult. They should not get a kid glove around them. There is something extremely wrong with this child and he should be punished. If he gets off because he is a juvenile I can almost say with certainty before his life is over he will do it again.
