Insomnia

I just can't go to bed. I haven't stayed up this late in forever. I have insomnia tonight. Anyone else?

I haven't had a problem lately, but when I do I take a Ativan, it helps to stop the mind from thinking too much

yeah im up later than normal tonight too. i should go to bed soon though, i gotta get up with my son in the morning

~raises hand~ here too i have had trouble sleeping for almost 3 yrs now ..just made myself some nice hot chocolate though hoping it will help me ease down..
