house, where to live is better?

now i meet a big promblem ,which one i should choose?i feel confused at the consideration day by day,seconds by seconds,one house :located at 8 floor,with bed and some simple furniture,with one bedroom and small living room,but the kiechien and the toelit is depated from the living room and bedroom,balcony is so large enough, the other one is also located at 8th floor,the living room and bedroom and the wc anfd ketchen is connected with the whole one,and it decorated well,no bacony,but no lift, them how to choose?my god!
