Hi all, among the three top e-mail providers (Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail), which one are you using? Last time, I used to open up new e-mail accounts at Yahoo and Hotmail. However, now I prefer to use Gmail as I like the https setting which make me feel that my e-mails are more secure. What is your take about this? Thanks

i have emails with both gmail and yahoo, gmail mainly for file storage and yahoo for all of my money-making sites. i had an account with hotmail but i didn't like the activity that is needed to keep that account (check in once a month). sometimes i won't check an address for weeks and i just don't like how they just erase you mails after a 30 day inactivity stint.

Hi, will Hotmail delete the e-mails you received if you do not log into the account for about 30 days? I always don't check my Hotmail account for weeks also but I don't really notice that they have erase my e-mail. Now, mostly I am using Gmail and I check my G-mail account basically everyday.

I love g-mail and i also have an yahoo account - use to talk on messenger for hours. Yes, your reason is right. G-mail keeps your privacy, but when you report a scam for example, they disclose it. Not personally, to you, but they do. Yes, definitely, G-mail and yahoo are my friends, I don't need another E-mail for now.

I agree, I have nothing but problems with hot mail, which is now windows live. I use a MAC and iit does not seem to work. I have a question, when you have all of these accounts how much space and resources are used on computer? Is it a good idea to cancel hot mail. It used to be my fave, but now I can't even read my messages. I know I will have to have my hotmail forwarded to gmail or Yahoo, which I do like. I just wondered if you do not cancel your account and the messages build up what will this do to space on disk? I have no idea how to cancel hotmail, or windows live now. I never used opera or Mozilla but heard good things on opera, if anyone can help me I would appreciate it. I know there are other free e-mail providers from my MAC software, so maybe I will try to get rid of hot mail, they make it hard. Are any of you using hotmail having problems. They say it has been redone and upgraded, but they will no longer let you go back to original. I am so disappointed I have used it for years, which is another problem most people have my hotmail? Any advice I would appreciate it

I used to love Gmail because of the ever growing storage capacity, and I used Hotmail, because its the most commonly used in my family and friends. Now recently hotmail had a storage update, that is pretty much like unlimited, your storage keeps growing depending on how much storage you need, so I am sticking to hotmail from now on.

I've got three email accounts, 1 is yahoo then the other two are gmail accounts.. i've got the chance to compare gmail and yahoo and i can say that gmail is way better than yahoomail.. do you want to know why? because i've noticed that yahoo doesn't spam annoying emails from senders while gmail is the exact opposite.. plus, gmail got a clean environment and user-friendly interface with lots of features(chat, theme, etc)
