Solve my mobile puzzel...

I dont know whether this problem is common or it is typical but i think nobody has experienced it.The puzzel is when i receive any message the screen shows that message is received and i can read the message there but when i enter the inbox those messages are not there though i am not deleting those messages.This case is for every message what i receive.I thought it was a minor problem and i thought it would correct by itself but it is lasting for more than a week.Share your ideas Happy myloting...
