making money with online roulette systems, does it work???

Hi guys, as many of you I'm trying to make some extra cash online; I have come across this system for online roulette where you can make lots of money as long as you double your bets when losing (on the wrong colour)... tempting theory, but does it work??? Anyone had any experience with this? thanks
