Seems like everyone wants to be the next "cat woman"... yeah you heard it right!Well, here's the tip for you:1. Apply concealer on entire eye area to even out skin tone and establish a good base. (Make sure you have a quality brand name of your concealer) 2. To keep focus on eyeliner (make sure it's a quality eyeliner), sparingly sweep a light color eye shadow across top lid. 3. Line top lid with both black eye pencil and liquid liner (there are liquid liner may not suitable for your delicate skin so better consult first your dermatologist). Then to keep hand steady, rest lower part of palm on your cheek. Draw a sharp, pointed tip at outer edge of eye. If you mess up straighten out with pointed cotton swab. Lightly line lower lid with black eye pencil. Finish with black mascara on the upper lashes and (more lightly) on the lower lashes.
