the wind blows in the pollen, from outside that why your allergies come in, so I am not surprised, as you know I don't get allergies though

Yesterday it reached nearly 70 degrees out. It was wonderful, so I opened the windows. But my daughter has asthma. So windows were shut shortly after she got home. She is fine. But I have been sneezing. Just goes to show the windows DON'T have to be open for a person to suffer.

Nope and I don't encounter any problem with weather allergy. Only for food intake I must be very careful, and start from first March I want to try taking "Dragon Fruit". Recommended by my friend and want to test it whether effective or not in reducing my allergy to farming chicken. I read many articles about its advantages and fortunately it's now quite cheap in open market.

wow!! how I wish I can open my windows at night here!! the problem is I may not be able to sleep because of the cold. Still winter here and we always keep the fire on our wood stove going day and night. My hubby will then compalain that it is cold when the fire is out for a short time.. I like the fresh air from the outside at night when we sleep but that is just a dream when you are in US at winter time.

It happens to me in spring when the pollen count is high in the air. The remedy is to drink too much water and try covering your nose even in the day till you get better. Last spring a friend suggested a cold drink which helped a lot. If you need the recipe let me know.
