Yes, I generally skim over the terms and conditions, just to see if they are reasonable. Usually they are pretty much the same thing on each site, but sometimes it takes a bit of reading to see what you are signing up for. Once you tick that box that you have read the terms and conditions, you should know what you have agreed to!

Oh...absolutely!! I think it's very important to read their tos and also their rules of the site. Once in a while I'll think about signing up on a site, and then decide not to because of something I read in their tos. I figure it might save a headache down the line. Just like anything you sign up to in real life, you would read any contract, etc, before signing. Cyber agreements deserve a look-over too.

Most of the times i dont read the terms & conditions, i just accept it. I know its a good thing to read them. But some time i will be lazy to read, some times i dont get time to read the long terms & conditions list. But one need to be very careful with these terms when its the matter of Money and assets...

Almost all have generic terms and conditions so I usually skip reading those parts. I only read it if the web site is a new concept to me and I am not sure how the site works. For example, myLot is my first PTP site so I took the time to read not just the terms but even the FAQs to familiarize myself. And if I have a question on a particular site, I always look at the TOS and FAQ sections before jumping to a forum (if the site has one) or sending a support ticket.
