Who have you seen in live concerts?

Do you go out to hear live music? Do you prefer small initmate venues like nightclubs or do you go to big stadium concerts? Do you go to outdoor fetivals? What was the best show you ever went to? What is the best place to hear music?
Would you stand in line for long hours or camp out overnight to get tickets for a concert? Do you buy the souvenir stuff at big shows?
Personally I like small intimate settings because I am not into crowds. I have seen some really good shows at House of Blues. One of the best and most recent was Angelique Kidjoe. It was a real treat to see Maria de Barros there not long oafter Katrina.

The venue really doesn't matter because I watch live concerts because I love the band or the artist. Ive watched a few foreign artists, Duran Duran in the 90's, Sonic Youth, Foo Fighters, Beastie Boys (its a 3 in 1 concert), Neyo, Rihanna and Chris Brown (in good times), and locally the Eraserheads and a few more rock bands. I can stand watching in a big crowd, though I dont think I dont have the energy to camp out anymore...

I love seeing people perform live, you can really tell they love what they are doing, or in one of my cases that they don't. I think my favorite was the second Hanson concert I went to because Zac gave me an autograph. That was great. I have been to Billy Currington twice, Hanson twice, Anberlin, Switchfoot... and about to be Hanson for a third time, Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum, and Sugarland. I have a busy summer ahead of me! lol
