What are some of your favourite unrequited love songs?

My favourite song of all time in this genre happens to be Junior's "It's Only Love." Enter it into YouTube and take a listen. It is an excellent song by Antonio Morales Barreto Jr, who goes by Junior. It is from 1976.
This is a ridiculously underappreciated artist. He is Filipino.
Then there are others I like, like "Cherish," from the Association, Shelley Fabares's "Johnny Angel," from 1962, and one of the real humdingers, "You're in Love," by Wilson Phillips, from 1991, a real tear jerker.

I can't remember the title but the song goes something like

Mine are mostly the old ones I mean not the latest hits. Among them are the Reality, Hello, Some Good Things Never Last and many others. They are mostly in the late 80's and my most favorite love song is THE SEARCH IS OVER by the Survivor. This one plays a great impact on my life.

"Unchained Melody" is my all time fave Love song. I also like Dolly Parton's version of "I'll always love you." Right now I have been listening to Taylor Swifts song "Love Song" and Dierks Benltley's song "Come a little closer."

"I can't Make you love me" by Bonnie Raitt. The way she sings it just reveals such torment and resignation. The song is described as an "ice cream" song. You listen to the song and comfort yourself with a delicious treat as you come to terms with the fact that you won't be loved back and there's nothing you can do.
