Social Networking sites and the drama

No one is going to get along with everyone. However, how you handle yourself and the situation is key to resolving the matter in a civilized manner. We are no longer small children that have yet to learn social skills or proper behavior. We are educated adults, or I would like to think so, anyway. Common sense and integrity are important values. This is a statement I made in a friends blog pertaining to this issue and thought it would make a great discussion. So let's hear your views/experiences.
