TV or the INTERNET? Which do you prefer?

I love to watch TV, then..but with the advent of internet, I actually prefer most of the time to be in front of the PC or laptop and browse, blog, work online, stuffs that I usually do nowadays.
I still watch TV but very minimal. There are instances that I opt to watch programs on youtube than watching them on their original time slot on TV as I have no time to do it anymore because I have to be in front of the PC most of the time due to work.
Nonetheless, unlike PC, TV will still be considered a better option as watching movies together with the whole family makes it more fun and enjoyable.

I would better prefer Internet as variety of tasks as you have mentioned...Even for entertainment I feel internet is a better option...
Though a darkest side can be that not evrybody knows how to use it...

I prefer the internet. I don't have cable or satellite, so I can only pick up two local channels. I doubt that I would really watch television even if I did have cable, because there's so much to do on the internet. The shows that I really enjoy watching, I can watch them on the internet whenever I have time. The internet is also more informative than television. You can literally find anything that you want about anything that you want.

I do both at the same time, I love watching tv and I love being online especially with selling on ebay and on my store and doing the work at home programs I have fun doing both

i am watching tv more than internet..but internet is very useful that much prefer to it.and tv shows live newsand movie and many mpore..

If let me make a chioce,I would prefer Computer.
ithink TV can be replaced by computer sometimes, most of the programms which are showed on TV are also canbe watched on computer....

I dont really have a choice because I will spend a couple of hours on the computer and then before I go to bed I watch tv. Watching tv helps me unwind at night so once my kids are in bed I relax and unwind. Most of my computer time is when my kids are in school so I guess I divide my time up equally between the two. I also record my shows so I can fast forward through the commercials.

Dear friend,
I do have tuner card in my computer so that I could watch the shows in that is in
TV could be watched in my computer. Hence I feel more to prefer my computer. Moreover the internet facility is not available in TV which I usually spend much time.

I prefer the internet more than tv
.I can earn money from the internet but i cannot earn from tv.I can keep contact with my friends and relatives but i cannot do it on tv.I can chat through the internet with friends but cannot do on tv.I can play online multiplayer games on internet.

For my favorite TV series and shows, I always try to watch them on TV on their timeslots. But ofcourse there were times, due to circumstances, I missed some episodes. In that case, I'll have to turn to the internet to watch that episode...

I hate to admit it but I happened to be addicted to both TV and the Internet so I do both! I watch the television a lot of times while I am on the Internet working and I don't seem to have a problem with keeping up with both...but I was always that way, even as a kid, I could easily do my homework while I was watching television and I always managed, without a problem, to get all A's! Just Very Lucky I guess!! ;)

definitely internet, because you can watch most tv programs online!
but your statement about family time and movies is agreed :)

If just for a movie or teleplay, I prefer TV. Internet has much more functions and we can do more and more on internet, including watching TV. As the development of internet, we are away from many things, such as paper letters, radio, and TV. Sure, with internet, the life can become more convenient, but I still yearn for the things used before. Well, the biggest reason for I choose TV is that I am not accustomed to watch TV on internet, I can not find that atmosphere. Maybe that is why more and more people begin to return to cinema again instead of watching DVD, or watching movie on internet.

the funny thing about me is that when i get home from work and i want to get on the internet,i take my laptop to the sitting room and sit right infront of the Tv and turn it on,i like watching Tv while working on the internet..strange!!

there are times where i prefer TV and times where i prefer the internet. For example if i am bored and in search for entertainment such as watching movies, id prefer the TV. But when looking for something, such as the latest news and when im looking for sources to do my homework,id prefer the internet

Both born from the technological explotion. Both TV & internet stands for entertainment & knowledge. Both are growing from their very beging & still, both have bad sides also, then how will we decide which one to prefer. Concerning the speed both are of safe. But I will prefer Internet on the option of Our Power to choose what to see. In Internet we will decide what to see & do or hear. But on TV power to decide belongs to the concerned authorities. Thats surely a +point to Internet
