What wrong with PPCLIX and Proserbux?

I can not log in PPclix, do you have the same question with me? It lasted two days, so I donot know how to deal with it. Can anyone help? Is ppclix is a scam? I have $1.5 in my ppclix account. I just want to reach payout $2 and then cashout. And I have problem with my Proserbux account, which I can not see my current balance for several days? I can click ads and log in without any question. Help!
