I love this show. I watched the new episode last night after my daughters were in bed. I love Chef Ramsey, he is such a hard @$$! The best thing about him though, is that he has zero tolerance for badly cooked or presented food. I think it is amazing how he takes these undisciplined cooks, and makes them into lean mean cooking machines. Right now I am not really sure who I want to see win. So do you watch Hell's Kitchen? Who do like the most and why? I would love you know what everyone else thinks about this show.

I used to watch him all the time when my son (who's a chef) was home with me while he was so ill. But this year I haven't really followed the series. So I don't have an opinion on this year's participants. Chef though...I like. He's tough but he's really good and I've learned a lot about food prep and presentation from him.

I watch Hell's Kitchen and have been since the first season. I have yet to pick any favorites though. My favorite part is in the beginning where they have these little contests that determine the winners. I especially like the ones where a certain item is supposed to be cut a certain way.
The first episode is always the best because it's when the cooks show off their "signature dishes" and Ramsey lambastes a whole lot of them. He's hard to please, that's for sure. It's part of his charm though.

I love this show too. I love Gordon Ramsey. He is so hilarious. I liked last nights show. The girls were wrong for nominating Lacey again when she didnt do anything wrong. Coi was horrible.
Im glad that seth got eliminated. He should have gone last week. Im suprised that chef didnt get rid of collen as well. He really cant stand her.
Do you watch Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsey? That show is great too!!

I really like Hell's Kitchen. I think Chef Ramsey uses a lot of skill with people and personalities. I am amazed how honest he is and yet I believe he really cares for the people he is evaluating and trying to help. I am curious at how many of the scenes are cut out and left on the editing floor before we see it.
