Help! Insomnia made me headache.

I was sufferring from insomnia these days, which made me can't concentrate on my work. I always felt exhausted during the office time.When I was in bed, I can't help thinking how to deal with the relationship with leaders and colleagues, how to do better in my field,and what should learn for my career plan.oh, My god, please help me, what should I do to get rid of it??

May be you are too nervous?Do you feel high press comes form family or working? Or do you see /do some intersted things before go to bed? Do you eat coffe or tea before yours sleeping? Do you has some trouble things that you feel worry?Firt you must find the reason ,then ,you can deal it.If you still dont know ,I suggest you'd better see your doctor,he may help you find the reason,and deal it .

I always felt high pressure from my family, you know, I come from a poor family. I chosed to work in Beijing, here, the house price is some kind of out of my ability, I have to do my better to earn more. And I'm 29,still didn't get married. I really don't wanna let my girlfriend disappointed. My current goal is to work harder and harder, and try my best to make more money to afford a house, make my girlfriend live better, and make my parents happy with their life.

First of all, when you're trying to sleep, you want to be thinking pleasant and relaxing thoughts, not about anything stressful. When I used to have trouble sleeping I used to imagine that I was at the beach and I would try to picture everything that was there in my mind...the people sitting on the shore, the waves, the boats, the kids playing in the water...anything that I could imagine. Before I knew it, I was asleep.
I will tell you this too. I don't know how old you are but, as you get older it becomes harder to fall asleep and to stay asleep. I'm 54 and have been on medication for over a year now because of insomnia. If you're close to my age, see your doctor. If not, make sure you cut out caffine in the evenings and try my suggestion. I have insomnia too and it is horrible, if I do fall asleep it is only for a couple of hours at a time, no matter how tired I am, and worries intensify in the night whilst trying to sleep. I have been using sleeping pills but wouldn't recommend them as now they don't make me sleep at night either. I wish I could give you a tip to try and beat it, good luck with it.
