As we know Linux is a Open Source Operating System and under GNU license, so it can be obtained freely... But it is not impossible that someday we must pay some cost to obtain Linux Operating System according to the fact that now Windows is more popular than Linux and it's application is more interest and easy to use than Linux application... So it is possible if someday we must pay some cost when Linux reach greater popularity than Windows or Mac OS... So, do you think that someday we must pay some cost to get Linux?

Well, it is possible some day linux is not free again. But i think from the OSS development now that will be very long time, since there is a lot of genius and generous programmer that want to share their knowledge for free. And also i really hoped that linux will always free forever.

Linux stands on a foundation of Open Source, similar to the early days of personal and home computers. Many computer buffs are tired of the restrictions on current licensed software. In the early days programmers were willing to share or exchange codes. That was the time when creativity in programming flourished. Open Source brings back this spirit.
The other giant knew the threat posed by Open Source. They did many things including giving incentives so that any proposed move to Open Source is cancelled. If their software is as good as they claim to be, there would be no need for them to aggressively campaign to dissuade people from using Open Source, when they were already holding 90% of the market share.
As I understand it Linux will still remain free. What we may have to pay for would be for support and possibly documentation. People have to pay for everything if they want to use the other software, so there is nothing great about it.
We may have to pay gor Linux if the other giant gets its hands on it.
all the best,

Linux is a Open Source Operating System So I think it will be free forever. As being open source operating system any one can develop it as his/her creativity. Only for this Linux has many more version than Windows or MacOS. I agree that Linux will be more popular than any other in a near future but I hope it will remain free for all.

There are some people who are selling Linux which is illegal. Although it is possible, Linux will almost definitely not be allowed to be sold. The License for Linux is supposed to be for ever, so it really shouldn't be sold.

yes i agree if Linux under GNU license disallow Linux and other open source application to be sold cemmercially, but in fact, i found that one of linux distribution sell it, as an example is linux xp, we must pay a cost to get them...
