I like all kinds of music too from country, alternative, old school rock, old school rap, etc. I do agree with you that country music speaks to you. There are other types of music that do the same.

I love all kinds as music as well. Carrie Underwood, Maroon 5, Christina Aguilera, Taylor Swift, and Rascal Flatts are a few of my favorite music artists. What Hurts The Most as a special meaning to me. It makes me think of my ex and what would happen if we were still together. The video for that song makes me cry so bad. All American Girl (there are a few more Carrie Underwood songs that I can relate too) makes me think of my current boyfriend and I. I'm a All American Girl who likes to have fun =).

Oh yes, country music can speak right to your soul! I love all kinds of music, too, but we mostly listen to country. My husband is an old rock n roller and, when he gets together with some of his buddies, it's an old rocker's jam session! I was also introduced to jazz several years ago by a friend and found that I really liked some of that, too.
