Sorry I don't have an excercise that I could recomend but I do have an awesome product that I could share with you. It's called CELL-U-LOSS. It helps reduce water and cellulite on the cellular level. Not only does it help smooth out the skin, reduce and break down the cellulite while you diet and excercise, it also helps reduce the inches. It's totaly awesome. I have some of them too but they're lessening when I did some running thrice a week. you can try running or jogging at your most convenient time at least 3 times a week. that will help... ^_^
but if you're using a threadmill, don't lean on the bars but have a good posture while on it cuz that will be a good work out on your legs and on on your tummy. plus you get the most of your workout and burn more fats and calories if you don't lean on the bars... ^_^
