He me out to solve software counterfeiting

Hey mylotters i have a problem, my pc is connected with internet, so whenever i opened my pc once suddenly a message arise on the desktop that displaying "you are a victim of software counterfeiting" something like that windows genuine. So when it occurs the wallpaper that appears on the screen, it suddenly goes away and becomes black screen and windows genuine displays their own message. I donot understand what should i do? It is creating a lot of problem to me. Please help me to solve this problem.
