What do you think is the most healthest habit one can have?

I think the fact that I like to walk for long distances is pretty healthy. What do you think is a healthy habit and whats your healthy habit?

I think you are correct in staying active being the healthiest habit, although I think drinking plenty of water would be a close second.

Hi Jess you are sure darn right ,one of the most important health factors is water , fresh air and sunlight , one should drink atleast one and a half liters of natural water every day , it is the most important of all , greetings bignik

I think drinking enough water is the healthiest habit one can have. I think a close second would be to keep active, and a third, to eat balanced and nutritiously. Water, though, is so essential -- it keeps the body free of toxins and makes us less likely to get sick. It keeps us from overeating and keeps our minds and muscles productive. Overall, I think drinking the recommended 8-10 cups of water a day is crucial and a great stepping stone to being healthy in other ways.

there is all kinds of healthy habits, I think eating properly and having enough sleep is one that I would choose

I don't have one, if I do, its the fact that I don't eat a lot of fried foods

In my health issue, it is not about habitual walking but I have to perform my "Walking Medicine" at least 20 minutes in a day. The practical way is in the first 5 minutes doing warm up walking, 10 minutes fast walking and the remaining 5 minutes for normal walking. Now it is a must for me after my Chelation and EECP therapy.

It is always mind over body my dear so first of all we must have a clutter free mind. And now a contradiction; regular exercise, meditation and 'Yoga' help you to make your mind clutter free to quite an extent. Do I make myself clear about healthy habits in life?

Yes, what you said is what i feel too. walking is the best exercise and is a very good healthy habit. It is the best remedy to many diseases too. My friend has this habit, he walks on specific time every morning as well as evening, he never misses to walk at that specific time come what may. i really find his determination very nice and want to practise myself too.
