Is nail polish harmful ?

I wear nail polish all the time and today i bought another bottle. though i only buy those big brand nail polish, i still worry it may be harmful. so i check it online and see this:
For the most part, no -- nail polish will cause you no serious harm. It can cause minor problems like your headache, but overall, it's a safe product. You're probably just having a reaction to the solvents.
Do you know something different on this ?

Well, nail polish has some harmful toxic ingredients. That is why they do not recommend pregnant women to wear it. Now there is some nail polish companies out there that are trying to fix that.
One of them is Zoya. They have removed most of the harmful carcinogens and they still have good fun colors. You should give your nails a break periodically though.
