Pc Problem: Help me to make my pc work

Friends,
its above 10 days my pc strucks when ever i scan pc via antivirus and some time my pc strucks after 20-25 minutes use.
I have formated it 4 to 5 times but my pc strucks while i format it and now not able to format it because it strucks in the middle of formatting and installing operating system
please help me out of this worst problem

friend, i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it sounds like your pc caught a horrible cold. im not a tech but i think the motherboard is infected with a virus. try unpluging your power for a bit, during this time also unplug internet and any perefrials "usb hubbs", then do a reboot. now remember im no tech. but something to think about, every time i shut i unplug the net, my pc got a virus also but it started doing bad stuff almost instanly so i did the unplug thus trapping the virus.

Dont format pc or laptop always because it creates badsectors.If it is created you can't format the drive.Because you are experiencing problem at the middle of formating you delete the primary partition and make it half size now you can format the full drive then you can proceede.
If you are having badsector at the middle of the drive while making only one single partion better to make partions for avoiding it.

There are also softwares for removing bad sectors you can download them.but all the data will be earsed if want to do it.you have to make a bootable cd and have to do the procedure.
