What type of foods you prefer for increasing your weight fast..Have you tried your idea.

I think it is advisable to eat complex carbohydrates and healthy foods to gain weight. Do not eat empty calories like those from donuts, pies, and junk foods because they could harm your health. Instead, eat 3 well-balanced meals a day. For breakfast have eggs, fresh fruit, milk, whole wheat bread. For lunch have a big vegetable salad, and meat from poultry or fish. For dinner have a serving of vegetable, rice, meat, and another fresh fruit. If you want to eat snacks in between meals, opt for natural foods such as whole wheat bread and honey. I also suggest peanuts, avocados, and cottage cheese or other dairy products... I gain weight easily, and how I wish I could lose some! Looking at my diet when I gain the most weight, it has a lot of protein from chicken, carbohydrates from rice and bread, and fruit shakes which has milk in it.

Tried and tested: rice meals and sweet desserts. Of course increasing weight in that fashion means you're actually gaining fat. There's nothing bad in that if you're really after a softer body type. But if you're actually aiming to beef up - then you may opt for a protein-intensive diet like eating egg white from 3 eggs after work out. I haven't tried that out because I'm not really building up, but my friend did and I witnessed how effective it was.

eating potatoes and peanuts in large quantities definitely increases your weight very soon. but very hard to decrease again, so be careful.

The truth is that you need to experiment to see what is right for you. Here is a sample weight gain diet that can help you experiment and get started. Breakfast should combine whole grains and high calorie and nutrient rich foods. For example combine granola, chopped nuts, raisins and banana into yogurt and enjoy a glass of milk with it. Have a snack mid morning with something rich like peanut butter or cheese with a piece of fruit. For lunch have a calorie rich salad including avocado, canned tuna, vegetable, olives, lettuce, sesame seeds and olive oil or a sandwich with lean meats and a lot of vegetables. Have a mid afternoon snack of milk with a muffin or granola bar. For dinner have baked chicken with vegetables and rice. Enjoy some ice cream for dessert.

Junk food would do the trick..i mean if you eat greasy food all the time you will gain some weight but it's not really healthy for you.I suggest you just eat good meal 3 time a day and enjoy dessert too.good luck with gaining weight.

Well let me start by giving you a good morning before it get noon :) well to increase your weight there are certain weight tranings and a stipulated diet which you can follow with the workpout only i can suggest you the diet if you are male. as well as i can suggest you diet if a femal... as a male you need to eat everyday a diet of high calroies but with a distributed quantities. for breakfast you need to eat atleast 2 eggs everyday with one glass of milk and 1 tablespoon of butter with bread. in afternoon you need to take a diet of 350gms of chicken with rice and vegetables. whil for snacks you can go for 2 bananas atleast and for dinner you should eat atleast 3 rotis with vegetable and rice with some ghee and dal will do.. these thngs comprise of a daily gym workout too. being a femal you dont much need to go for gym but yes control you diet as compared to men becaus women tend to grow fat areas near hips and tummy more than men do. your diet comprises of brekfast of 1 egg with fruit juice and bread butter. for lunch you may take chicken but not 350gm ofcourse with some veggies and rice. no snacks for you but in evening you can eat some almonds, 1 banana and 2rotis with some rice and egg or chicken again.try it out but also try doing yoga for glowing skin ofcourse good luck
