This flashing thing is really bugging me ! What can I do?

Hi everyone ! Since yesterday I can't do anything on mylots without this flashing ad staring at me . It says congratulations I won something . When I try to click the X to remove it nothing happens . I can't get rid of the thing . It's there on everything I do in mylots. I really want to get rid of it , but don't know how .
Could anyone out there tell me how to get rid of the darn thing ? I also wonder how it got there. I don't think I clicked on any ads or anything . Please give me some ideas on where it came from and how to get it out of here ! argggh !!

Hi,beachstarz.don't worry about it.althouh i don't know how to get rid of it for i'm a new member,i just want to tell you that there must be someone who have gifts for sealing with the computer.

Thanks for your response wangyanping ! I know it's not hurting anything . It just bugs me cause it don't belong there . There has to be a simple way of getting rid of it .. thanks again , and have a good day !
