Big Cat sightings

I'm from the UK and I keep seeing small peices in the newspaper about sighting of cats on the moors. I know that cat escape from private collections or the animal parks. Have you ever sighted anything in the wild ?

I have seen wild elephants near my native place , it is called Coorg near Bangalore and is absolutely beautiful and known for its natural beauty. There is a forest nearby and we had our car parked near it and we were very happy to see about 4 wild elepants along with its young ones. It was a very pretty sight. We also saw a tiger far away some other time we were around. It was amazing. Have a nice day!
