I had the best pasta ever when I was in Australia. I can't remeber where it was exactly. I know it was in Queensland near Gladstone. Therew was a little restaurant by a damn and man-made lakes. They made fresh pasta daily and we were there for lunch. The chef must have made it five minutes before we ate it. It was a linguine type pasta. I can't even remember what the sauce was like, some type of cream sauce. It was so tasty. I wonder why more restaurant don't make fresh pasta? I can only think of one other place that I know makes fresh pasta. Manga Manga in Key West. The food there was phenomenal, too.
