Why ocean water as its H2O its not burning since H is self burning and oxygen which helps to burn but water is not burning? wil it burn in future????????

This is due to the fact that atoms posses different characterts while they are in a combined state, quite different from their individual properties

I think u r question is quite different.Oxygen is a joker it can be mixed with water petrol diesel or any thing, if it with water so it holds the properties of water,if it is with petrol it inherits the properties of petrol, but the basic thing is that it always gives the reaction in the form of evaporation. Water evaporates, petrol becomes gas, so in both oxygen exists. I cannot explian to u properly.........my god...!
