well i dont know whats this sloopy joes though. but hmm todays my dinner was a bit boring one lol it was normal like with some vegetables, indian bread, rice with some pulses curry, as usall a full indian dinner. I normally never eat too much heavy dinner with meat and chicken as it hardly gives time to be digested and normal and light food is easier as i never move after my dinner than lying on ym bed with my net connection and mylotting lol

Tonight we will be having marinated baked chicken legs and peas, and probably noodles as a side dish, I have not really decided about the side dish yet, but it will very likely be buttered noodles, with herbs. My husband can have very little salt so I have to be really creative with my cooking these days.

That sounds great. I think I'm going to go with sweet and sour chicken today. I found a really great sweet and sour sauce that I'm just going to stir-fry with my chicken and veggies. Enjoy your dinner!

No special menu and on normal menu for spaghetti with crab meat tomato sauce. Better self-cook when talking about crab meat, to get it from any restaurant it's too expensive. Better buy the fresh crab and prepare it on my own, not just cheaper but can eat a lot as I wish...LOL! to make it more "best" I add small potato cubes in tomato sauce...peerrgghh! the world is mine!

tonight i'm making szechuan beef. but speaking of sloppy joes. I found a recipe and tried it last night. Called sloppy joe meatloaf. you take some oatmeal and egg whites a little bit of sloppy joe mix. mix those ingredients, set aside. mix hamburger meat, garlic powder, onion, bell pepper, then mix the oatmeal mix into that put it in a dish like a meatloaf. poor more sloppy joe mix on top and bake. it turned out pretty good. it was a big hit. if you want the exact recipe let me know.

hello moneymommy
i am not cooking dinner tonight because we had chili hot dogs, potato chips, chocolate cake and ice cream this afternoon around two o'clock p.m. at the birthday party. i am still stuffed from eating awhile ago, and i know that everybody else around here is full as well. lol if the boys get hungry before bedtime tonight they can either have more hot dogs or eat cereal or a sandwich or something like that. the sloppy joes sound good thou. lol and what are you having with your sloppy joes? my ten year old son likes the sloppy joes where that he goes to school better than the ones that i make at home. lol kids. well enjoy your sloppy joes for your dinner tonight! pass me one of them and i will save it for my midnight snack tonight.
take care and have a beautiful afternoon.

I've never had a sloppy joe before - they look like they'd be pretty good though! I'm not sure what I'm having for dinner yet, but it will probably be something light. I had a big dinner out with a friend last night so I'm still kind of stuffed from that!

We had sloppy joe last Thursday. I really have a taste for church's chicken. The spicy not the regular kind with the peppers. Maybe with some mash potatoes with gravy, and mac and cheese. I really don't need the side orders I just eat the chicken with the peppers. I been trying to give the stove a break. It's looking kind of tired. lol

I made sloppy joes this past weekend. We hadn't had them in a while and they were pretty good. I always like to put a piece of cheese on mine. I'm not sure what we will have tonight. I didn't lay out anything to thaw out. I do have a can of beef stew that we might have but I haven't made up my mind yet. We had chicken, noodles, sweet peas, and mixed fruit last night. And also I made a pound cake that we had a piece of.
