Hello, sleep is really important for the body and without it, our bodies will always be tired, weak and grumpy. It also effects our current day. How does it affect your day? Does it make you do things that you don't usually do? If your tired yet you nstill need to work, how would you be able to do so? Basically, what effects does the lack of sleep do to your day?

Lack of sleep brings many bad effects on our health. When i didnt get enough time to sleep, i felt pain in both my eyes and head. It also decreased my concentration,so that my activitis didnt end well.

First I get crabby....then I get punch drunk and usually make everyone laugh...but if I am way overtired...I get sick to my stomach! But I do feel a bit fuzzy when I don't get enough sleep! I really need my sleep!

Hello Dotrex, I was agree that sleep is important to our body but so much sleep it's already bad to you too since you'll become lazy to do things. For me, I always sleep this time, I try to not much sleep but i really felt tired they said its normal since i am pregnant. There was a sometimes also i can't much sleep at night co`z so much stress of missing my family and worried them, I guess that was the cause of my lack sleeping at night.

Yes, I do agree that sleeping too much also makes us lazy. Not muc people can sleep as much as they want though :) Hope everything goes fine :) Thanks.

Sleep really is important for our bodies, as well as our emotional and mental state. When I don't get enough sleep, other than the obvious fact that I'm tired, I get really irritable, a lot more than usual. I think that it's really the only effect that I get from lack of sleep, or at least, it's the only one that I noticed. I try not to let it affect me too much, but at times, irritability is difficult to stop.

Yep, that happens to me too sometimes. Controlling it gets hard too. All because of sleep sadly. Thanks :)
