Hello, sleep is really important for the body and without it, our bodies will always be tired, weak and grumpy. It also effects our current day. How does it affect your day? Does it make you do things that you don't usually do? If your tired yet you nstill need to work, how would you be able to do so?
Basically, what effects does the lack of sleep do to your day?

Hello Dotrex, I was agree that sleep is important to our body but so much sleep it's already bad to you too since you'll become lazy to do things. For me, I always sleep this time, I try to not much sleep but i really felt tired they said its normal since i am pregnant. There was a sometimes also i can't much sleep at night co`z so much stress of missing my family and worried them, I guess that was the cause of my lack sleeping at night.

Sleep really is important for our bodies, as well as our emotional and mental state. When I don't get enough sleep, other than the obvious fact that I'm tired, I get really irritable, a lot more than usual. I think that it's really the only effect that I get from lack of sleep, or at least, it's the only one that I noticed. I try not to let it affect me too much, but at times, irritability is difficult to stop.
