Need step by step instructions on setting up blog

Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to set up a one page website/or blog that takes very little money to start or to maintain.

i use blogspot.com and it is great. it is easy to use and it goes step by step with you. trust me if i can create one anybody can. i have had a blog there for awhile now. it doesnt cost anything. it is really easy to update it too. i would try that site though. like i said it is easy, free, and walks you right through it.

no problem. i have found that when i am searching for others blogs i would rather look at the simple ones then the ones that have all kinds of stuff all over the front page. so remember simple is sometimes better if you check out blogspot check out my blog just to see what i mean by simple. it is easymoney75503.blogspot.com
