Neobuxer's rent or cash out?

I rented 3 referrals about a month ago. They gave me 111 clicks. I think I made my money back, but I don't know how much I get per click from the rental referrals. Does anyone know how much you get from referral clicks?
I was thinking about renting a pack of 10, but I am not sure if I should do that or just cash out. What would you do?
I have .25 cents stuck in my referral balance, because they would only let me put $1 in, even though I only needed .75 cents. Is there a way to get that money out of there, without renting?

you cannot get the 25 cents back but you may rent again to spend that amount, if yo are a standard member, your first two renting price is discounted to 25 cents per referral later it will be 30 cents, renting a 100 referral pack will be more profitable.

I guess that means I gave them 25 cents. I looked at all the packages and they will only allow you to deposit full dollars, no change. So, no matter what package I buy I will always have .25 cents or more, that I can't use. That doesn't seem fair.
