I was seven years old when I got my first bike. It was a birthday present from my older brother.
I had never ridden one before, and I never used training wheels. It took me a couple of days to learn how to ride it and from memory I only fell off a couple of times, so that was pretty cool.

I was a very late bloomer. I was 9 years old when I learned to ride a bike without training wheels. What's really funny is that both of my boys were 3 when they learned to ride without training wheels, so I guess I feel like they were more advanced than I was. My husband on the other hand was around 5 when he learned. I think it's important to try and teach them young just so they aren't the only one's with training wheels when all you see is young kids now with no training wheels.

I actually started riding with a balance when i was still small because i still could not balance myself with my small bike, but when i grew a little older i tried riding a bigger bike that when i ride it i could not reach the ground. Well i just learned it myself and i kinda figured it out that its much easier to balance if i was going fast so thats how i learned how to ride it, just kind of figured it out myself. I think during that time i was just around 8 i think because that was really a very long long time ago.

I was probably around 7 when I learned how to ride a bicycle and I loved riding it for years. It was a great way to get around and gave my friends and me many options for entertaining ourselves...and to have great adventures! We lived outside of town so there were so many different places for us to ride and enjoy the day.

Oh, I absolutely love riding backs, and even though I'm not a kid anymore, I don't care since riding bikes is for everyone!
When I was in kindy, I was riding a trycycle, the one with two one wheel at the front, and two at the back. So really you cant fall even if you just all of a sudden stop.
I think it was in year 2, that I would ride a bike. And by now I can say I'm a very fast and professional bike rider, well I would hope so.
But really, it's a great hobby!

Hi,
I learned how to ride a bicycle when I am 18 years old. I think its a bit late.
I have not rode a bicycle for years already and hence I am not sure if I still know the skills of riding it.
However, I heard people saying that riding is just like swimming, you will not forget your skills once you know it.

I was about 5 when I learned to ride a bike. I was probably closer to 6 when the training wheels come off. Then look out. I was on a tear. I remember well my first major bike wreck and I was 9 years old. I was fortunate enough to just be skinned up but my opponent (the one I hit) wasn't quite so lucky. She ended up with a broken arm

I think when I was grade 5 on my elementary days. I learned how to ride perfectly without so much bruises because I was so careful. The worst was, I experienced bruises already when I was perfectly mastered it because I was already confident of running fast until I bumped there and everywhere..whew! But it was really fun he he he how I wish I could turn back again those good old younger days...
