My USB Hub Is Not Working

Hey, i have a "Biostar MCP6P M2+" motherboard and i built my own PC for myself, but my USB hub is not working. I tried everything and it's still not working. Can anyone give me any pointers or adviceon what i should do? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Bye.

your smart making your own computer. I think you should open it up and see if there is loose wire.
